Damaged goods
At Good Gifts we want you to be happy with your gift. If you receive a card from us that is in any way damaged or substandard then we will be happy to replace it.
Please contact us on 020 7794 9835 (10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) to arrange for replacement of damaged goods.
When making telephone enquiries about refunds, it would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:
* Customer name
* Order number
* Date of the order
These details can be found on the order confirmation email received after purchasing your products from Good Gifts online.
Non-acceptance of an order
This may result from our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Cancelling an order
Please note that you are entitled to cancel a website order for your Good Gifts provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days from the day on which you received the card. The card should be returned to us, you should contact us on 020 7794 8000 (10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) and we will endeavour to find a replacement gift. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund can be issued.
